1. Consultation & Estimates

  • Initial consultations are free and conducted by appointment.

  • Quotes provided after consultation are based on the current scope of work and may vary if the project expands.

2. Project Execution

  • All projects begin after a mutual agreement is signed, including detailed scope, timelines, and payment terms.

  • We ensure all materials and workmanship meet quality standards as discussed.

3. Changes & Modifications

  • Clients may request modifications during the project timeline; however, changes may affect cost and delivery timelines.

  • All changes will be documented and agreed upon before implementation.

4. Payments

  • Payments are milestone-based or as mutually agreed in the work contract.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges or pause project progress.

5. Cancellations

  • Projects may be canceled by either party before the commencement of work. Once work begins, cancellation terms will depend on the percentage of work completed.

  • In case of cancellation, charges will apply for any completed work or purchased materials.

6. Warranty

  • We provide a workmanship warranty of up to [Insert Duration, e.g., 6 months] on completed work (excluding wear & tear or third-party damage).

  • All fixtures or fittings come with the respective manufacturer’s warranty.

7. Communication
